Q: How do I change the color of my e-mail font in Outlook Express?
A: In Outlook Express, Select "tools" from the menu bar, then select "options." Click the "compose" tab and then "font settings" for mail. If you just want to change the font for one message, in the new message window, with the cursor in the compose frame, there are drop down boxes for font and font size. Select the size and font for that message from the drop down boxes. To change the color select the A and a color drop down menu will appear.

Q: Why does my Internet connection disconnect after checking mail?
A: In Outlook Express, select "tools", then "options" and then click on the "connection" tab. Make sure there is no check mark in the box where it says "Hang up after sending and receiving." OR while in Outlook Express, click Tools then Accounts. Click the Mail tab. Click the Properties button. Click the Connections tab. Make sure that Always connect to this account using is NOT checked.

Q: My home page has been reset. How do I change it back to the page I want?
A: While in Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options. In the home page "Address" bar, type in the address that you would like to set as your home page.

Q: The start bar has moved to another side of the screen. How do I move it back?
A: Left click and hold the mouse button on a blank area of the start bar, generally right next to the time is best, then drag the menu to the side of the screen you would like the start bar to appear. Let go of the left mouse button to drop the start bar.
